Someday, when Erin and I are rich, we will own a corner apartment in the top floor (I would be fine with the entire floor, too) of this re-purposed warehouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn:
We'll hoist open our weather-beaten arched windows, smell the salty air, listen to the water crash against the rocky shore, and watch the sun set over views like this:
