Excuse the gushing, but I think the guys at Posterous have really figured it out. I love that Posterous combines the immediacy of micro-blogging sites like twitter with the more robust tools of a non-micro-blogging site. If you want to post something short and sweet from your iPhone, you can do that. If you want to write a long-winded blog entry, you can do that too.
